Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your items for a full refund. Please note that all returns must be confirmed in writing or by phone within 14 days of receiving the goods. This excludes sale items which is 7 days, and clearance items (items discounted by 50% or more) which are non refundable. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect order. We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and item(s) fit for resale. If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item(s) to you or offer a full refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments. Payment Plan Our Payment Plan allows you to secure those adorable designer outfits for your little one, without breaking the bank upfront. How does it work? When you find those must-have items, reserve them today with a 20% deposit. This ensures you won't miss out on the sizes you need. You then have 8 weeks to pay the balance. To organise your payment plan, you can give us a call on 044 933 4723, or you can get in touch via Instagram or Facebook. Payments can be made by card or cash if shopping in store. Once you have paid in full, your order will be dispatched as normal, or you can collect in store. Terms & Conditions Payment plans are available for full-priced items only. Sale items are not included. Payment plans are only available on orders of €50 or more. All payments must be made within 8 weeks of your initial order. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to exchange an item for a different size or style. Items bought using our payment plan are non refundable. Please note that payment plan items retain their original price and are not subject to any promotions or discounts that may arise after you place your order.

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice. There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it? Delivery
We aim to deliver your items efficiently, which is why our orders are shipped using An Post, fully insured and registered courier service. We also offer a complimentary Collect In Store service, simply select the ‘Collect In Store’ option, and we will have your order ready to collect in store within 24 hours. Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. When collecting your order, you will be asked to provide your confirmation email.
