Delivery options

Click & Collect — free. Order online and collect from our shop at 17 Pearse Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 P38K, Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

Standard delivery (Ireland) — €6.99. Orders are sent with a tracked courier or An Post and usually arrive within 2–4 working days.

We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives (or is collected) to let us know you'd like to return something, and a further 14 days to send it back — in line with EU consumer rights.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights and earrings can't be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, email help@hazydays.ie with your order number and we'll take it from there. You can also bring items back to the shop in Mullingar.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Delivery charges are refunded only if the whole order is returned or the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us at help@hazydays.ie or +353 44 933 4723 as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
