Privacy Policy
How we look after your information at Hazy Days.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can fulfil it. If you create an account, we store your sign-in details and saved delivery information.
We also keep a record of your orders so we can help with returns, exchanges and queries.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your orders, to contact you about your order, and — only if you opt in — to send you news and offers.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our website hosting and database provider, and the courier or An Post for delivery. Each is bound by data protection agreements.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email help@hazydays.ie and we'll respond within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
